Norville Terrace, Headingley · Since opening

One chair.
One barber.
No nonsense.

Sulltan trained in the old style — scissors and razor before clippers, hot towel before aftershave. He opened here because Headingley deserved a barber who'd take a kid's first fade and a granddad's £10 OAP cut as seriously as a wedding-day full service.

The man with the scissors

Trained the long way. Cuts the short way.

Sulltan came up through the Mediterranean barbering tradition — the one where you finish a beard with a hot towel and a flame, not a power trimmer alone. He moved that craft to Leeds and parked it on Norville Terrace, a few doors from the bus stop students hop off after lectures.

The result is a one-chair shop with a full tariff: cuts from £14, skin fades, beard shaping, hot-towel shaves, facials, ear and nose wax — every detail of a proper barbershop, none of the upsell.

That's why a kid's first cut and an OAP's regular trim both get the gown, the music, the conversation. The chair doesn't change for who's in it.
